We are starting local produce cooperative with neighbors in the San Ramon area.  The idea is  to source and bring you the best quality in farm-fresh seasonal produce items by buying local whenever possible.  We also want to curb food-waste by reducing the storage time between harvest and consumption.  We want to encourage our grower to pick tree-ripen fruit, rather than pick fruits prematurely just to ensure an extended shelf-life.
